The female post office operative was extremely rude, absolutely shocking in fact and her behaviour towards me as a customer does not set a good impression visitors are welcome to the village. All I wanted was for a box to be weighed, some cash back and stamps, but clearly this was far too much for her to break away from her computer to attend to. This post office also needs some refresher training in that there are boxes specifically for large letter post.

Regular members of staff at the Middlesbrough office Lawrence & Maria were in our experience extremely poor communicators. Leanne tried her best after our complaint to the office manager about her colleagues. However, by this time all trust had been broken and Leanne came in too late to fix what her colleagues had well and truly broken.
